missingWrote a review on Dec 18cozy living roomupdated kitchencomfortable bedsconfusing check-in
The One-Bedroom Suite offered fantastic functionality. I loved the kitchen setup with coffee grounds and filters provided, making mornings easier. The living room was cozy, and the separate bedroom felt nice for a bit of privacy. Beds were comfortable, and the warmth during winter nights was appreciated. However, check-in was frustrating. Receiving a text without a code led to several disconnections and confusion. Also, the Wi-Fi was spotty, which disrupted plans a bit. Despite these issues, the location is wonderful, especially if you're looking for a family-friendly stay in Pagosa Springs.

I woudl have given a good review, but unfortunalely I just couldn't. The non-functioning wifi left me feeling totally disconnected, and don't even get me started on the oh-so-uncomfortable chairs. As an esteemed guest, I expected a complimentary upgrade, or at least a proper setup, but it seems that was too much to ask for. Disgraceful.

natural hiking trail, spacious cabin, impressive water pressure
The WiFi is virtually non-existent, severely limiting your streaming options!!! A shower door that doesn't close properly leads to an overly chilly experience!!! Other essentials like linens and coffee filters should definitely not be overlooked!!!

Yo, the whole vibe here was chill. Cabin was cozy and had everything we needed, even a fireplace. Staff came through when we couldn’t light it, real lifesavers. Bathroom issues got handled promptly too. Just wished the internet was a bit more reliable, ya know?

The location is peaceful and offers a great mountain view that enhances relaxation. I found the room I stayed in to be quite attractive, comfortable, and well-renovated. It had all the basic amenities I needed, making my stay adequate for a one-night stop.
The exterior of the lodge looks a bit worn.

Comfortable Stay with Stunning Mountain Views
As a solo traveler, I enjoyed breathtaking mountain views while relaxing in my cozy Queen Room. The hot tub was a perfect retreat after a day of adventure, although I did find the chairs a bit uncomfortable. Future guests should be aware of the distant highway noise.
